Strongman journey

Seven chickens a week and six medium pizzas, not the diet you think of for an athlete. However, when the athlete is a semi-professional strongman all things normal go out the window. With a calorie count of over 8000 a day, getting food and calories in to fuel the heavy training is key. With five sessions a week including an events day, this sport is more than just a hobby, it is a lifestyle.
